WEDDING

It's not difficult to find inspiration when it comes to deciding on your wedding palette. The hardest part is deciding on which colors to choose. I'll be creating some color palettes for you brides-to-be out there based on photos I've taken. I hope this helps or inspires you on your decision making.

Some things to consider when deciding your color palette:

Season: the season really helps to narrow down your choices if you're indecisive like me. You don't have to take it into consideration, but it definitely helps.

Your Favorite Color: Need I say more... look at your favorite color and go lighter or darker and from there you can choose colors that complement it.

His (Your Honeybun) Favorite Color: It's always helpful to know his favorite color and ask him what color is definitely out of the question. Some men really don't want an all pink wedding. If you don't like his suggestion find a common color you both can agree with. That's the beginning of marriage...

Colors in your home: Normally, we all decorate our homes in our favorite colors. Look at the flowers on your table, the color of your walls, the pillows on the sofa. The patterns and designs themselves are a color palette. These are useful tools for inspiration.

I'll be adding more suggestions as time goes, but I'd love to hear ideas that you've used or plan to use for your wedding. In the meantime, try to enjoy the special moments of planning. This is suppose to be fun, so have fun with it!

The color palette below would be an idea for a winter wedding...you decide.
